Due to the high demand for our pottery courses and the challenges associated with filling cancelled spots, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
